Our Organic Alphonso Mangoes are sourced exclusively from GI-certified orchards in Ratnagiri, Maharashtra — the only region in the world where the original Alphonso variety thrives. Each mango is hand-picked at peak ripeness, gently cleaned, and packed within hours to preserve its legendary saffron-hued flesh, fibre-free texture, and honey-sweet aroma.
Unlike commercially grown mangoes that use calcium carbide for artificial ripening, our mangoes ripen naturally in straw-lined crates during transit. This slow, traditional method concentrates the sugars and develops the complex flavour profile that has made Alphonso the most sought-after mango variety in the world.
